This is the second opportunity we have had to work with Brenda Sheets. Both experiences have been extremely positive. She helped us this year to sell a townhouse/condominium in a very difficult market. Brenda is thorough in her preparation of the property. Brenda and the whole Sheets family are phenomenal. They are not only kind and courteous, they are honest. They really know what they are doing. They know the market, and kept me well informed every step of the way. And not just in selling my home, but in all the matters involved in transferring to a new home in a new location, which they helped me buy. Brenda always answered or returned my calls quickly. If I had to sell my home, or buy a new home again I would not hesitate to call Brenda.
Brenda Sheets is a HIGH-performance realtor. She sold my house in Fort Myers on March 12th 2025 even though the housing market was down but she got it sold! She and her hubby Marty are such nice people and it was a pleasure to work with them. Brenda ends up becoming my friend. She brought me a bottle of wine at the closing!
