Brenda responded right away when we called out of the blue to put in an offer after we saw a condo we loved at an open house. She strategized how to make the best changes of the owners accepting our offer with timing before another open house. She has a wealth of resources, setting up an inspection and recommending the wind mitigation to lower our insurance. She’s a problem solver with helping us negotiate with the buyer to cover the issues that came out of the inspection. I would highly recommend her to work with.
