She’s disrespectful to patients and very arrogant to patient’s rights to refuse services. My son’s was due for his 12 months shots and my husband told her he doesn’t want him to take the flu and covid shots and she kept pushing and talking over my husband. She even mentioned a family came to US sick because they didn’t get shots and she said “how dare they come to our country without being vaccinated”.
