If you have to use them, make sure you stand next to them and watch them fix something. They came, I left the room to take care of a phone call, when I came back my ac was fixed (according to them), Pat handed me the bill and said just wait for few days and the unit will perform as expected, I paid and they left. I still have leaks from my ac unit. They're not honest or professional. Save your money and time. Find some professional service to take care of your issue.
Pat is very professional and always does great work. He's worked on our house for years with maintenance and repair on our existing heating/AC, and when that was no longer a good option, they installed a whole new thermostat system that's never failed. He's very dependable and honest and I can't recommend Bren-air enough.
Couldn't be more pleased with the service Bren-Air provides. Their response time is second to none, they are professional, reliable and their knowledge of HVAC can't be beat. A+
Tried from over two week to get them to service my heat and ac that they installed no call back.
