RecommendedI can't speak highly enough about this wonderful company. Every single person we dealt with was efficient, timely and personable yet professional. We had an issue during installation and the owner Barry came out personally to take care of it. He asked us several times, "Does this work for you?" We were very impressed!
Long story short, my carbon monoxide alarms were going off yesterday. After business hours, called a few HVAC heating and cooling companies since 911 told me that Olive Twp fire dept doesn’t come and test carbon monoxide, big sigh. Gas company won’t come out unless fire dept contacts them for a confirmation of a leak. we've had a service agreement for 20 years with great service. NOT TRUE FOR THE LADT 3 YEARS! We have had to call to remind them to come and check our furnace and air conditioner. Today my husband called to inquire about a check on our furnace. The person answering the phone was rude and hung up on him. This is the second time he was treated like this. Time for a change!
Bremer and Bouman had technicians to our home within 2 hours of calling to help service our air conditioner. The technicians were able to troubleshoot and service our unit within 40 minutes to get our home cool again. Bremer and Bouman have efficient and well trained technicians to take care of our community. Thank you!

I call to see if a store has my part to fix the furnace and the guy says before you come buy that’s expensive part try this that and the other. So I do and still nothing. I call him back and this Jason walks me step by step through every check before I come in and buy something. Sure enough after 3 pictures sent to him of the furnace and 30 min we are warm again. All I needed was to call Jason at Bremer & Bouman heating and cooling.
I woke up this morning really COLD. Just cold air blowing from my heat registers. I called at 7:30and had my heat on again by 9:00. Thanks for the speedy service, guys.
