I received the worst customer service from these people! semco energy called them out to fix my furnace. the service guy comes into my home messes around with the furnace then leaves with out saying a word. I thought he had went out to get something from his vehicle. I thought it was extremely rude to not tell me that it was fixed and that he was done. RecommendedI lost my heater in the dead of winter this last year. I called one company and they said they might be there the next day for a quote but a repair would be longer. It was 49º in the house and dropping because I only had 1 little space heater in the house so that wasn't going to work and I was in a pinch. 5 stars! Our current heating and cooling provider could not fit us in on an emergency air conditioner replacement. It was our most important week of the year coming up and we needed air conditioning in August. Our current provider recommended Bremer and Bouman. Mike let me ask him a bunch of questions and walked me through some things I could try before he came out off-hours. He would have let me skip the charges of having someone come out off hours if we had figured it out on the phone. He was awesome and he taught me a LOT tonight about my boiler furnace. It's nice to have a contractor help me figure out how to do basic things instead of treat me like a number, this level of service was incredibly refreshing. Thanks Mike!
My 27 year old a.c. unit.i had to keep,getting it recharged.so I contacted B&B.They told me how to get financial assistance.And I got it finally with a co-signer,my Mother Who has excellent credit.it finally went thru,now to pay it off.in 45 weeks,I'm.
