Be careful. I purchased a furnace 5 years ago and have had issues from the very first week on. I tried to get a new furnace, but Bremer and Bouman refused to stand behind the product they sell. So, I am getting ready to replace a 5 year old furnace with a new one at my expense, for something they should take care of.
