Went on May 17 to get fitted for a knee brace it is now June 3 and no one has called to tell me that it was in, I called CareCentrix to find out what was going on, on Hold for 33 minutes before Breg said they needed something from the Dr., CareCentrix faxed everything from the Dr. What more does Breg need, from Orthopedic, the ortho never received anything, from Breg...so going through. ortho office to get knee brace, would have been nice for them to call to say they have not heard from the Dr.
