I am very impressed with the management staff! We moved in to our apartment in September and had a few minor issues. Whenever we let Duke know about the issue, is was resolved within 24 hours. Recently we had a slight issue with our heat, so we went to let Duke know (just to add, it was almost time for the office to close). He had sent a maintenance man over right away the next morning, and now everything is working great! I have an upper available at Breezewood Park. They probably arent advertising it. No deposit to pay for and only for 6 months to sublet our place. I received a job and my family and I have no choice. I cannot say enough about the staff at Breezewood Park . Before I even stepped into the office I felt taken care of. They are meticulous about the care and quality of the complex. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly. They go a step above to ensure that your apartment is a Home. 10/11/2010 My husband and I have lived here at Breezewood Park Apartments for a little over a year now. We love it here ! The staff does an amazing job keeping the sidewalks, lawn, trees, and shrubs looking picture perfect 24/7. We recently bought a house and will be moving in about a month, but I will really miss it here. We have rented at a lot of different places between the two of us and nothing compares to Breezewood Park. Duke is always available and does a great job too !
I am currently living in the apartments and am extremely disappointed with them. When appliances are not properly working the staff just brushes them off. Dont believe that there are dishwashers here either...they are simply sanitizers (I frankly wouldnt even call them that) And in the summer there are spiders. And yes, the spiders are in the apartments.
My husband and I have moved 3 times in the last 3 years and have never lived in a nicer place than Breezewood Park Apartments. The snow plowing is one of the best things about living here. In the summer its so beautiful to walk around the apartments because you feel like youre in a park! The manager, Duke is always friendly and explains everything so there arent any misunderstandings. I dont know why some people dont read the lease they were given to them. If you did you wouldnt have any thing to complane about . They are doing a wonderful job fixing anything that goes wrong as quick as they can. I have been here for a few years and had no trouble with breezswood what so ever ,you can also, just take a few minutes and read the lease.
Ive been living at Breezewood Park for 5+ years and have been very happy with the apartment. Its a bit more expensive than other apartments, but with A/C, washer/dryer, garage, heat, dishwasher, disposal, its totally worth the extra \$50 or \$100, IMO.I have been here through a few cycles of management, and the current manager is the most communicative, responsive and competent of any of them. The party complaining about the dishwasher refused to prewash his dishes, or clean out the dishwasher afterwards. We replaced the dishwasher in his apartment for him, and that still wasnt enough!As for spiders, if one knows anything about the Fox Valley, spiders are everywhere. IF we had received a complaint, we would have sprayed them down, and removed them. However, they will return.
