Katie did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted done with my hair. I got 10 inches cut off so that I could donate it and Katie made sure the donation portion was banded together and had it put in a bag for me. Katie took her time washing, cutting, and styling my hair to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She also provided me some tips for styling my hair myself, which I very much appreciated! I will definitely return to Katie for my next haircut!

Abby is my girl - I love seeing her every two months. She does an amazing job cutting, always has the best reccs for product and isn't pushy if I say not this time :)

I give Mheng 5 stars for her service, go see her. I give check out 2 stars. She was so nice, but yet she was not knowledgeable on explaining the first time user discount. She wasn't able to tell me the break down and the basics of math for the 20%, not properly explained. If so, it would have been ok. As well, she tried to get me to schedule my next hair cut before my first time hair cut was done. That felt like pressure. Young, and seems like needs to be trained a little better.
