I wasn't allowed to purchase Revolution for my cat because I haven't taken her in for an office visit during the past year. I haven't brought her in because there's nothing wrong with her! I immediately went to another vet's office I've never been to before and had no problem purchasing Revolution. They didn't even ask if I'd been there before. Service your customers. After waiting 20 minutes after calling your office and speaking with Laura to take my animal for service, not one came. After recalling your office, I waited another 10 minutes on hold and still no one came back to the phone to talk to me. But you were servicing 3 other people in this time frame. Obviously, you only provide service to special people. Thanks for not servicing my animals.
Today July 11, 2020 Our little Chihuahua was experiencing some severe intestinal distress. Her normal vet was not available. The Emergency Animal Care Center fortunately was not available until 10am (With no vet available until 9am). I called the number as requested and a very pleasant professional voice answered the phone. I just want to say a big thank you to you all for helping my baby. We were down in panama city for my husbands job and our pup started pooping blood. I called many vets that would not see her because we were not established patients. But when i called yall there was no hesitations and got her right in. The visit was awesome too. And yall knew what to do to help her tummy and she got better right away after starting her meds. Thank you thank you thank you! Wish yall were my home town vet! ❤️

I love this place. We brought an injured duck from the beach that almost got take by the ocean during the bad lightning and rein stormntoday. they took him without question. I named him Chet and have high hopes that the staff at Breeze will help him.mend and get him back home soon. thank you everyone at Breeze, you are wonderful. We will be calling in a donation later and checking in on Chet.
Want to say how much I appreciate you. Ellie had an allergic reaction and vet techs stayed behind until I could get there which was 30 minutes away. Thanks for your dedication to my furry family! You rock! Ellie says thank you also!
I truly wish I had come here first. I had better service at their current curbside appointments (due to covid19) than I have ever had. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly and they truly cared about my fur baby! Prices were also extremely reasonable. So so glad we found this place!
