Cadesha the office manager does not show an understanding. Even when offer her 50% of payments she turns it down. The remainder was offered on the 15th. She claims not to be in control of setting policy, but would not get the person on the phone who could discuss my situation. She was very unhelpful today.
Super disappointed in Mona and Dr. Breedlove's process for on-boarding new patients from out of town. Our family of 6 moved here from out of down and needed to establish a PCP for our son who had been diagnosed with a common issue under a previous Doctor. Dr. Breedlove was not willing to see our son for his diagnosed issue. Rather wanted us to redo all the testing associated with his diagnosis prior to even meeting him. Great care, Dr. McAfee is the sweetest, my kids love her!
Dr. Macfee is AWESOME!!! Hands down the best doctor. My boys go to her and love her. I noticed one person's review of them having to wait over an hour and I that has never happened to me in the past 2 years I have used her. She is always on time and is always wiling to see my son when I call. I can't say enough great things about her and her staff. I have been so happy with this practice.
Dr Breedlove has been my child's pediatrician for a few years. My child is a complicated case & she has always gone above & beyond to provide exceptional care. The staff is amazing too; gentle, patient, good with needles & upset children. I almost never hear a crying child in this office. :) The billing is reliable & prompt = we have never had problems. We would only transfer to a new Dr because of moving or if we could find one that can specialize in my child's specific conditions.
Dr. McAfee was my son's pediatrician until I waited over 1.5 hours for her to come into the exam room one day - after I had a scheduled appointment. When I politely mentioned to her that we had been waiting over 1.5 hours and that I had to get back to work, she had a complete meltdown. Instead of apologizing for her tardiness, she went into a rant about how bad her day had been and how dare I comment on her tardiness.
