Just picked up a new F-150 today, I worked with David Ipjian and he was terrific. There was no pressure or any of the other negative aspects that folks assume are part of the car buying purchase. David was professional, patient with all of my silly questions, and really wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase and the process. I would definitely go to Bredemann again and highly recommend David.
They charge more than other Ford Dealership service department in the area. Reduce the price on a wheel hub assembly when I ask what am I missing because you charge way more than other auto repair shops then price was reduced by $220. When you ask why they charge 5 hours of labor to replace an output speed sensor when 3 other Ford dealerships charge 3.5 hours they doubled talk about how much work it takes and that they include an hour of diagnostics in labor. I leased my Ford Flex from these guys and I LOVE IT. My purchase options were clearly explained to me by Steve Travnik and Rick. I went with a lease and am very happy with both my choice of car and my choice of financing. Most of all, I’m happy with my choice of dealership. I would never purchase from anyone else. In fact, when my husbands car died 3 months later, we went back to Steve and leased a Fusion!! 5 stars!
The salesmen were great!!! We'll be looking for another car in the fall and Bredemann will be our first stop.

I have not bought a car from a dealer for over 30 years and not looking forward to the process. But, I did because the salesperson was not pushy, in fact he never asked me to buy. I had to ask if he would sell me the car.
Just got my new car from Bredemann Ford. Highly professional car dealer, no bad surprises. Great assistance received from Paul, Chester and John.
