I contact him on what I was looking for and he had 3 different same make cars to show me. also I had to older cars to trade in. he allowed me the car I'm driving today , and himself to come back to my home so I can get the other car. not many dealerships do this. they do their best to make the best deals.

Paul Ipjohn sold me a vehicle with bent rims and damaged bearings. I took it to another service shop (closer to home) after hearing some funny noises and letting David Ipjohn the sales manager know there was zero power steering and had a funny noise. He said sorry and let him know how it all turns out. After going round and round, they’re not willing to do anything for me. Not fix it, not give a credit to fix it, not a thing. They even went as far as insinuating that I did the damage. Don’t waste your time here.

We had a wonderful experience Our salesman Chester Gilbert was great and spent a great deal of time with us explaining the features of the Escape. He was very helpful. He even connected my cell phone to the car’s system. We cannot thank him enough. We love our new Escape!!
