When filling out the application, I spoke to Gracie, the leasing agent and explained to her that I had a broken lease approximately 16 years ago and asked if that would be a problem. She assured me that due to how long ago it was it would DEFINITELY not be a problem. i hate them never hot water... i never been late on rent new mag moved in said i had to move because of a back ground check they did..it had a mist...from 20 years ago.. said i had to move.....i saw first 48 over there it was gun play everday..bad stuff over there do not move their real talk.

I have an aunt that lives at this property and she loves it! She originally moved there to save some money because she gets a discount for working for the a school district, but on top of that it not such a bad place. The office staff is very informative and was able to direct her in the right direction to get her kid in school and find a good electic company for her.The apartments are huge inside and really clean when she moved in. So I would have to say this property is a bang for a buck.

When I lived here I had no problems what so ever.everytime a pipe busted or something didnt work the maintenence people came and fixed it right away.Every complaint was taking care of.Neighbors are nice.Never had any kind of problem the staff people were polite even if they didnt want to be.Apartment was beautiful.all in all id live there again in a heart beat i loved living there.

Well my wife and I have been living here for a year and a half. Since weve been living here we had countless problems. Such as No Hot Water, No Hot Water, No water, No water, shooting at night as we sleep, broken gates, nasty garbage areas in the apartments. Most of all No Hot Water, this happens almost every week at least 6 times a month. The only good thing we get out of Breckenridge is nothing at all.
