BEEN AT BRECKENRIDGE SINCE 2014 AND I LOVE LIVING HERE . THE STAFF IS GREAT ESPECIALLY MY GIRL JEANNIE SHE TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING. I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING THINGS DONE AROUND MY PLACE. I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR MAINTENANCE THEY ARE ALSO GREAT. THIS IS A GREAT PROPERTY FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR QUIET AND COMFORT AND FRIENDLY STAFF. Rand has major issues with keeping maintenance techs, and their techs making inappropriate comments to tenants in their units to their faces. They have major mold issues that should not be covered up by spray that "kills" and instead needs a major teardown. We absolutely LOVED a maintenance tech named Brian who was fired recently for a reason that makes no sense.
