Jeannie Marino & Erica Hall were absolutely fantastic. We relocated from Florida and these two made the process seamless. From the first call to the move out, (Home purchase) Jeannie and Erica were professional, Attentive and always willing to help. Anytime we needed maintenance (not often) they were there the next day. Had a question, answered by end of day. They were just great. The neighborhood was well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. Definitely highly recommend!!!
Ive lived at the Breckenridge apartments for over 4 years now and i love it Jeannie Marino is just wonder She does checking with the residents to make sure they are happy and have all their needs met with a comfortable apartment and great community, and Erica Hall who quickly responds to maintenance calls and other tenants needs when my water heater broke Erica was the first to pick up the phone and assure me that the issue would be resolved by the next day and before I even arrived home the water heater was already replaced... read more
I have lived here for 3+ years and I can say the management is the best I have ever dealt with! Jeannie and Erica are the most wonderful and helpful people, they are quick at communicating, stays on top of maintenance, always happy to help me with whatever I need, and is always doing events to keep up with their tenants and really get to know them! I cannot say enough nice things about this complex and it’s management!
My experience with Rand Apartments has been awesome!!!!! Thank you Jeannie Marino and Erica Hall for making this transition possible and smooth.
