There are better options, even close to town When I first moved in to Breckenridge a year ago, I was excited. I had great neighbors who had been around a long time, they were courteous, and the complex seemed clean, friendly. However, management kept raising rates causing people to move in as groups, leaving less parking for residents (unlike other complexes, you don't get an assigned spot or carport without paying for it. Wonderful place to live. Moved in to this great apartment with wonderful ammenities and great service. Also had a two free months movin in special that is not to be beat. Loved the grounds. PROS: Great service, great prices. CONS: None so far.
A place to call home The Brookdale Glen apartments are conveniently located on bus line 20, and it is only 3.5 miles from downtown. The neighborhood feels safe, clean, and friendly. Many people walk their dogs or play Frisbee on the lawns. Community is really promoted here by the pool, grills, spa, and 24 hour fitness center. My favorite part is the picturesque look of the terracotta roofs with smoke from the wood burning fireplaces in the evergreen skyline. Horrible Customer Service!!!! Would never sign a contract with this place again. They do not care about their residents, all they care about is their money. If you rent from this place, don't ever expect to get a parking place, and even if you do, your car is not safe. Tow trucks frequent the parking lot and if they tow you the apartment complex does nothing about it. Parking spots are not assigned, everyone must have a parking pass, if you don't you are automatically towed. If you do have a pass, and you are not in a spot t... read more
Horrible Destiny! 06/27/2011 I wanted to check out this apartment today and had called early this morning to see if they had any special going on but the lady who answered the phone named Destiny was not only rude but was irritated that I was inquiring so I thanked her anyway and hang up. After an hour or so I got a voicemail from this same place from the same lady named Destiny asking me to call back because she had noticed that I was inquiring about the apartment. Uhmmm... is she really that dumb or what? Anyway, I thought... read more
