We have used Breceda for 2 landscaping projects and they have provided excellent work each time. They built beautiful Trex decks, outdoor showers and veggie gardens for us. We have had drought tolerant sprinkler systems and Eric Breceda is an expert in sprinklers, even designing his own efficient sprinkler heads. The Brecedas have done three projects for us. In 2012, they overhauled our front yard; five years ago, they built a patio (with covering) and retooled our back yard; and last month they revamped a sizeable portion of the canyon that had gotten unwieldy (see before and after photos -- that was a lot of work). This is the second time I've had Eric and Teran do a landscaping remodel for our 4 unit condominium in Point Loma CA. About 8 years ago we did a minor refresh, and this time, we did a complete overhaul. Both times they were absolutely committed to perfection, professionalism, and very competitive pricing, considering the two other quotes I received were far in excess of what Eric proposed. Teran and Eric were great to work with on our project. They listened to and captured our thoughts in their design. The crew was there every day and on time. Our project included a fire pit, bbq grill area, rocks, plants, trees, and sod for a space that was over half an acre. Even more impressive has been their follow up. If we have sprinkler issues or need replacement lights, etc…they are responsive and always happy to help.
