I would have put no star, but that option was not available. I had knee surgery and was not able to clean my house. The house maid came to my house late the first day. She spent about 6 hours and left. The service was not good. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and attributed it to her being late and with me being at the house, it probably made her nervous. We paid $300 for what was supposed to be clean maybe a basic clean at best. The person was very nice and professional however, a lot of steps are left and done. And was here maybe 2.5 hours. Left the shutters dirty and rooms no vacuumed. For the rate we paid we were expecting much more. $150 an hour for basic cleaning with one cleaner is way over priced.
