I have high health anxiety and for the first time in a long time I felt at ease. The receptionist was lovely and the clinician was amazing, so gentle, kind and caring. I have had a very busy year in the health system and it is sad that I have felt like not only a number but a problem until now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
