I've been to the Orange office several times, they are always pleasant and personable. Great waiting area before you are taken in and after where you put on the gown. They must have been behind that day, my appointment was at 11:40 I got there 30 minutes early and didn't get out until 12:30.
Wait times are too long. My appt was at 10:40 and didn't get out till almost 1 o'clock.
Always a pleasant experience. My appointment time was 9:40 I arrived at 9:25 was given my paperwork. I was asked if I wanted the new 3D mammo. I opted for it. It was an extra $65 because my ins doesn't cover the 3D. Little price to pay for peace of mind. The receptionist told me there was only one machine so the wait would be a bit longer. I got in about 10:10 and was out of there before 10:30. Everyone is kind and friendly. I go here every year.
Having to go for my first mammogram at age 35 was a bit terrifying. I was afraid of the results, and I was afraid of what the scan would feel like. The staff at Breastlink (Orange office) were so kind and comforting! It turned out to be a positive and educational experience, and the mammogram wasn't nearly as uncomfortable as I expected it to be.
