I was very disappointed with my first visit with Dr Frame. I drove from Joplin. I waited over an hour. When I was finally seen, I felt he was dismissive, he did not address my pain, only did an ultra sound on half of my chest and took a phone call during my consultation. The hospital finally called to schedule my mammogram two weeks later but since it was ordered as a screening instead of a diagnostic mammogram due to my symptoms would not schedule it. I have been coming to Dr. Frame since I was diagnosed with cancer in 2011. Dr. Frame and his staff are incredibly kind, having an understanding of what cancer patients are going through. His decades of experience have not only taught him what does and doesn't work, but how to empathize with people going through this difficult time. I am so grateful he is my doctor.
