Some of the medical staff were great. Billing and office management gets a 1/5 stars. I was charged $520 for a doctor ordered ultrasound. Could not figure out why it was so expensive after it had gone through insurance. I called my insurance, I called their billing department, and I finally found out it was because they billed it as a hospital visit...since their office is IN a hospital. Excused me? I was hesitant to go here after reading so many negative reviews, but I needed to be seen asap and this was the first place that could take me. I am a very nervous person as is, and I have been dreading the day I would need to get a mammogram. Every single staff member I encountered on this day treated me so kind from the minute I walked in the door. Just tried to call to schedule an appointment the hours said open till 730pm the receptionist was so rude first call couldn’t even hear her the phone was so statically. When I called back she said call between 8-430 in the worst possible tone when I tried to say I thought open till 730 like the hours say and she hung up.

Deceptive billing practices. Care was good, but I got 2 bills from different facilities for the same procedure.
