Deceptive billing practices. Care was good, but I got 2 bills from different facilities for the same procedure.
The worst ever! They checked wrong the target area and refused to make corrections. I asked to make adjustments of bill, they said since they performed ultrasound, they need to charge regardless right or wrong.
I just called to schedule an appointment per my Primary care for a screening. I spoke with the receptionist Erin who is not so friendly. I work as a nurse and just cant imagine a woman calling with the fear of breast cancer and having to hear such a rude tone on the other line. Erin I hope you read these posts and work on your compassion level.
Such a rude office and some mammogram techs are rough and brutal handling the procedure.
My obgyn sent a referral over to their office, for a cancer genetic screening. I called yesterday and spoke to the rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered. She repeated to me I never had “breast cancer” so why would I go there?. Yes I know, that’s why the referral is for a screening.
