Since day one, it’s been a constant problem. The staff is unhelpful, and when they cancel your appointment they make no effort to accommodate you. They reschedule you on their terms, with no regard for your time or situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional, and they show no concern even when your child is sick. Thank you, Dr. Glase Berneti Karina and team — but honestly, you were not worth the trust
Booked an appointment for FRIDAY and they rescheduled it 2 days prior for a Thursday... (and never let me know) which I couldn't make. I've been waiting for this appointment for a month now and haven't gone to another OBGYN because she had "good" reviews. I'm GLAD I cancelled and never went; you can already tell what this office is about by the way that the front desk receptionist spoke to me. Such entitlement from someone working for customer service.
I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr.Bradley Douglas. From the moment I walked into my appointment, I knew I was in capable hands. Dr.Bradley Douglas, is a true professional who combines expertise with genuine compassion. Dr. Douglas is truly the Best! Office staff very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr.Douglas! Very rude staff. Nurse would not let me speak on the phone. The girl at the front desk never smiles and acts like she hates her job. I had to go twice in 2 days just to get a different antibiotic because the original one they prescribed caused him to break out in hives. I live an hour away and had to take 2 days off work not to mention paying 2 co pays and 2 prescriptions. Completely unprofessional and terrible OBGYN. If you are wanting a natural physiological birth AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He doesn’t care about his patients. He just cares about pushing them along through the process. He’s uneducated on current research, and loves to power trip over women. He’s not doula friendly, and will quickly try to kick your doula out of the room for asking questions! I’m sure he’s never seen a physiological birth in his life. Took two weeks to produce pathology report when it should have only taken 2 to 5 days. They had a couple of lame excuses including the fax machine didn't work and they were waiting for an addendum. Protocol is such that the report needs to be sent over first and an addendum can follow later. Diagnosis is cancer and treatment has been delayed because of their incompetence. Have reported this to the Florida Board of Health and Attorney Generals office.
