Good food, value, service – Great sushi place if you don't require expensive neon lights and 45 minute waits. Service is good, fast even, and the sushi is solid. Have not tried non-sushi, but on the Friday night I visited, many of the other customers seemed satisfied. Good low-maintenance sushi alternative in an attractive setting.
Excellent – I always order the same thing when I visit this excellent place: Chef's Choice Sashimi. It is never the same! I always get a new assortment of delicious 12 pieces sashimi in always changing plate layout. These are very reative sushi chefs! The owner Katsu-san and everybody else are always friendly and know a lot about Japan, its cuisine and the SFO area.
Great Local Sushi Place – This is a consistently good local spot. Nothing too noteworthy, but great if you are just looking for some quality sushi.
