Break room therapy is my favorite spot to unwine, destress and even get a bit of a work out. I’ve done many sessions here and really enjoy the atmosphere and vibes at this place. Many times I’ve come in with the heaviness of my life only to put it on the board, have a session and then put the relief on the other board. Easily 5 stars for me. It was an awesome and emotional experience and very therapeutic. They are also LGBTQ+ friendly and made be feel totally welcome. Highly recommend for fun or to let out some anger. They provide PPE and weapons to use, but my favorite was the metal pot, which was surprisingly powerful! Also, I am so sorry I puked in the trash can. My stomach is screwed up and I may have went too hard.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful - Avoid This Place I wish I could give zero stars. Our experience at Break Room Therapy was single-handedly the worst customer service interaction I've ever had. What should have been a fun, stress-relieving outing turned into a frustrating and insulting ordeal. From the moment our group walked in the door, the staff was condescending and unwelcoming. We booked for my daughter’s 13th birthday and had 6 of us. We got two rooms, we had three people to a room (2 in at a time per the safety rules). It was easy to see into each others room from the outer area so we didn’t feel like we weren’t doing it together. We feel like we got a good number and variety of items to fill the time and enjoy ourselves.
