Be careful, they do not issue refunds, only gift cards. in 2026- that is surprisingly dissapointing. The other Company in Grand Rapids, cares MUCH more about their customers. I went there instead. Email me and I will give you the informatoin for the other Break room. You will love them and it is cheaper!!!
Such a unique experience. Loved every second of it! Will definitely be coming back. The employees were wonderful and the space felt very welcoming and safe.
We received a holiday gift card for Break Room Therapy and decided to check it out last weekend. Registration was easy, read the rules and came prepared. The safety chat and breakdown of the room was easy to follow and was a blast to be in. I’ll be bringing a group back soon for more!
