A few months ago, unfortunately, my car was badly damaged in an accident. I went to the repair shop designated by the insurance company, but the wait was too long. Fortunately, I met the kind shop owner, Bill, and I'm very happy that I was able to get the repair done to my satisfaction. He's a friendly and caring person.
