I love, love, love this place. They work so hard to save every single animal who comes there. I have pulled dogs for rescue from here, and they are so helpful and kind. They are doing great things here to save the animals that others have abandoned! Keep up the great work--you are making a difference!
The volunteer people seem rude and judgemental and very mean...I went to take a stray in and a lady told me I had to pay $150 to re home the animal all because I was feeding it...and then when we were talking there were few dogs barking and she literally screamed at them Shut Up...I was like wow really??? How can u work at a place with a piss poor attitude and rude?? I can only imagine how the animals feel and are treated by the volunteers... Smh...I feel sorry or these animals...some one needs to reevaluate their employees ... read more
Thank you all for your kind hearts and taking care of these poor animals. It is a hard job and there is never an end to it! You bring a lot of happiness to the world!
They do as much as possible!! but they need as much help as they can get! Volunteer <3 a community to back them up is a perfect way to keep going in a positive direction!
Went in to SPCA to look at a puppy I saw here on Facebook. As soon as I walked in and asked about the Puppy the lady was very rude and told me it had already been adopted. She told me there were others and told me what room they were in so I went and looked at them. The whole time I was in there I felt like I was being judged as they were watching me and I felt like I wasn't wanted there so needless to say I left and went to a different shelter. I adopted A 6 lb 8 0z chihuahua mix . she's so sweet. Loves children. Very calm . prances around like a show dog. So we named her prancer. Thank you she will be loved very much. Her name was Maya at SPCA .
We adopted a lab mix puppy today we named him chance he's a cutie and our lab retriever Bailey loves to play with him
Adopted my Chaos from here back in October. Even though it was crowded I was still politely and promptly helped with finding him and his paperwork
Awesome place super nice people and you can take your pet home the very same day!! Totally worth the drive!!
