We adopted our first dog today. I am so happy!!! Everyone was absolutely so kind and helped us!!!!! This is a great group of people!
We just adopted Chris! He was the beautiful husky that came in today and he is a gorgeous Siberian husky. SPCA BC made it an easy process to adopt him and so far he is loving it here at home! My little brothers and I adore him so much, and my mother does too. He is super energetic and amazing!
We have adopted 2 beautiful dogs here. In in 2015 and 2016. It was an easy process and with the second dog they let us take him home for a few days to be sure he would fit in. We couldn't have paid for better more loving pets. Thank you so much SPCA Lake Jackson.
Is a nice place to adopt any pet for anyone that is looking for a pet
I have been putting together items for the SPCA Thrift Center for a while. I checked the website and it said I could take the items to the Animal Shelter if we could not get to the Freeport location. So today I went by there to drop my items. I went in and asked them if I could leave the items there. The woman said sure. So I went out and unloaded my SUV and put the items where she told me to. I think spca is amazing and are over the top blessed.
First timer so it was very hard for me but I took home a dog named Chance and he has been a wonderful friend. A photographer took our picture that day but it still is not posted. That makes me upset because I see new more recent posts and wonder if mine will ever get posted. Would have loved to have had it framed since it was our first picture together. Chance was nothing pretty to look at the day I adopted him but now that he is groomed he looks pure poodle. He's handsome and has been the vet and is on his way to good healt... read more
I went there to apply because i keep hearing that they are under staffed. Still no reply on me being hired or not but that was 4 months ago.
Got my cat Ima, name he was given, he's now Mateo! He is so extremely loving and sweet. My daughter loves him.
