Awesome place! I'd never go anywhere else. Every girl I've had has been very good and finished quickly.
So I've been coming to BWB for 5+ years and one of the greatest things about the business is the consistency of each waxer! I have a busy schedule so it's always a different time when I'm able to pop in. I'm always in and out in less than 15 minutes. No matter who the waxer is, they're ALL quick, professional, and are able to set me at ease. I'll always recommend this place!
I hear this place sucks and the owner is a douche. Their nice at first then treat you like crap after your a regular. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

I just want to start by saying getting waxed is a luxury! Nobody NEEDS their vagina waxed so if I am spending $45 every 4-6 weeks I expect to get what I like.... So I've even going to Brizillan Waxing Boutique for a few months now and the only reason I go is for a specific person because I am comfortable with her. Well last month I go to make my appointment and they told me they no longer take request but I can go in and wait til she's free so of course I wait. The service when I get there is friendly and calming, no complaints there. My only complaint would be that every time I call I get asked to hold (which I do not have a problem with) but I am left on hold for 10+ min and then I hang up and call back. Maybe suggest shorter hold times or checking in with the customer. I know it would not be fair to ask for more than one person to answer phones but maybe a better system to handle call volumes or offering online booking.
