This place is terrible and the owners are too cheap to absorb the cost of doing business. They refuse to pay fees necessary to offer card tipping and treat their employees like replaceable trash. They capitalize on inexperienced aestheticians that don’t know their rights to industry standards and breaks. Ashley!!! is Amazing!!! I just had my first wax after giving birth and for the first time since I started waxing, I was nervous but she put me right at ease with her quick, detailed, professional service! I love this place because of estheticians like her!

After being a loyal customer for almost three years I called to make an appointment and was told I’d have to pay upfront because I have TWO cancellations on my “file.” Life happens out of our control sometimes and to be penalized for two incidents in three years is a very elitist mentality and bottom line poor customer service. I won’t be going back.

I have been going to this waxing boutique for over a year now, and will never go back! Had an appointment today and was running 10min late due to traffic. They wouldn’t do the full service and couldn’t rebook me till Monday. I have never heard of such a thing. I even called them to let them know I was running late and would be there in 5 min. I guess they don’t need my $250 a month. Amazing I would even fly in from LA to get waxed here to support local here in ABQ. Good looking out for your customers.

I went here for my very first Brazilian wax and Candice was my waxer. She was awesome and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend her and this boutique for any of your waxing needs!

I had my first visit here and was thoroughly pleased. Fom the moment I walked in to the moment I left. First Brittany greeted me and encouraged me to look at their products and told me about their specials. She is very pleasant and knows her products.Then she introduced me to Mystery who did such an amazing job on my eyebrows. She was professional and I enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her. I would definitely recommend everyone try this place!
