I really thought it was a good place. Until today, when I was 6 minutes late for my appointment and found out that they have already taken another client. Without even trying calling me and asking how far away I was. The girl at the reception was very rude. When I asked for a phone number of their manager...they wouldn't give it to me and asked me to "get out of their shop otherwise they will call police".
