Found this place while exploring Dubuque as a tourist. We were reading the menu posted outside, and customers seated outside told us to go in, and gave us recommendations! We love the small plate concept as we can then try more by splitting. Had the spinach gnocchi, the roasted red kuri soup, and the elk meatballs -- all split wonderfully for us by our waitress. The food was excellent, and we regretted no room for dessert (given the dessert menu).
