I took my Cadillac Escalade in to have a front license plate placed on it as well as an safety inspection. Our poor experience with Bravo Cadillac began on Feb. 14th, 2022, when we contacted salesman, **** ******. I informed him I was a GM salary retiree and had an employee discount number. I asked repeatedly if Bravo honored the discount and each time, I was told by **** they would. My Fiancé and I went to purchase a vehicle that Bravo Cadillac advertised as Bravo Price $38,910 MSRP $39,410. I went to make a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle and their salesman *** ****** assured me that when we did the paperwork they would honor the Bravo Price and the deposit was made because the vehicle had not arrived in the car lot. I have been a Bravo Cadillac's Customer since 2003. I have purchased a New 2003 CTS and a Certified Pre-Owned Hummer H2. I have never had any issues until September 17, 2020, when I purchased a New "Damaged" 2020 Cadillac Escalade Platinum with 3,006 miles. I will be paying over 100k for a "Damaged" SUV. I have only used my New vehicle for a total of nine days due to being in the body shop for almost a week and it is scheduled for another body repair on October 5, 2020. We have been in contact with ********. The vehicle was a "demonstrator" vehicle and had approximately 3000 miles on it. This was explained to the customer at the time of sale. We had it on the showroom so typically if there are blemishes they usually show up more, because of the type of lighting.
