This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management are only money driven, and getting anything fixed is a hassle in itself. Lets start with management. They are the most immoral, brain dead and rude people that I have ever delt with in regards to renting. They will blatantly lie to your face, and make your time here unbearable. Enjoyed my time here I lived here for a year and only have minor complaints. Water would drip from the upstairs apartment but maintenance was super friendly and came by to fix it within a day or two. I did see some bugs upon first moving in! I estimate around 7 total with my year here. I did some of my own pest control since the property pest control only sprayed little to virtually none of my apartment. The power stayed on during the winter storm but the fireplace was a huge plus. Renter Beware Stayed here a year. Pros. Quiet. Next to lots of attractions like Six Flags & The Cowboys Stadium. Cons. Management changes often and they are money driven. Be prepared to get charged for a carpet cleaning no matter how spotless you leave the home. They will do anything to get out of paying a security deposit back. DONT MOVE HERE I just moved here 9/12 It’s been so many roaches in my home I’ve constantly complained about it and pest control came out, but there’s been nothing resolved. I can’t properly cook a meal without a roach coming out. I’m not Interested in living here anymore there’s roaches in the kitchen , closet, & bathroom. I keep everything clean and there’s still an issue constantly . I don’t recommend it I have a little boy it’s super disgusting here!

Been staying here for 8 years. they change management and works all the time. water is cut off all the time. people breaking in cars. no upgrades to the apartment. no perks when you renew your lease. rent too high and renewal rate to high. unprofessional workers. fees for everything. not worth the money. will be leaving ASAP
These apartments are good and quiet They are in a good neighborhood and the maintenance are quick on fixing things and the staff are really nice. The only thing I don’t like is the parking situation, there are never any parking spots.
Clean quiet apartment Homes
Too many water issues! Move here if you want to experience a water shut off 1-3 times a month. A couple of times a month there is always some kind of emergency leak. Either it's the apartments fault or the city of Arlington. Sometimes the water is shut off for a couple of hours or it could be from the evening until the next morning/afternoon. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review. We understand the frustration when it comes to water or any utility having to be off or out with little or no notice. Unfortunately, we do have emergencies within our community that require a water shut off. We also do not have any control or input on when the City of Arlington turns the cities water off. These emergency repairs are not taken lightly and we only shut down the water when there is a repair needed to maintain the comfort of our residents. We are looking at ways to help... read more
