Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. A great doctor--he figured out immediately what was wrong simply by pressing down on my foot (after an x-ray and MRI had shown "nothing") and explained clearly my options for treatment, recommending the least invasive and least expensive option to begin with. Also very friendly and personable. The staff was also friendly and competent. When I called for a follow-up over a year later, I was told to come in the very next day.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
