Having trained at the St. Francis in San Francisco and the Capital Hotel in Little Rock, chef and owner Peter Brave has created a popular niche with his exquisite cuisine and casual atmosphere. For starters try the goat cheese mouse, or you might prefer the large gulf shrimp marinated with sliced red onion, dill and vinegar. For dinner, try the pine nut crusted salmon filet sautéed and topped with pesto.

So delicious! We had the best dinner at Brave New. The Heirloom tomatoes and avocado shrimp are AMAZING! The walleye was cooked to perfection. Peter Brave was so nice and genuine as well. We cannot wait to go back!
Great restaurant. The bread comes out from the oven still warm. The food is fantastic. I had the Duck with duck, which is a pan seared duck breast with crispy skin & grilled smoked duck sausage, with lingonberry sauce,wild rice and roasted veggies. The sauce complements the duck and rice perfectly. It's now one of my favorite restaurants in Little Rock.
We had a great dinner with a fantastic waiter. My pinecrust salmon was delicious!!!!! Also the heirloom tomatoes as an appetizer was so good!!!
Food was excellent as usual. But the service was uncharacteristically lousy. I think the chef was our waiter. He didn't have time for both duties.
