I came here to evac and recharge my AC unit. they said I needed to replace a few components before they can do that but it was going to cost me too much so I rejected the work. they charged me 300 almost $400 to put everything back. that wasn't the bad part. when they went in to put everything back they did a terrible job. they didn't install my belt that goes onto the air compressor and they barely even hand tightened the screws in. RecommendedI had a slow leak in my tire and my sister had recently recommended Brausen’s so I stopped there (without appointment) to see if they could help! They were so genuinely nice and helpful! They repaired the hole and didn’t try to upsell me or insist I had to buy new tires! I definitely am going there when I do purchase tires!
I had a pressure gauge fixed. Was told I needed my breaks fixed. Back breaks rotor drum and calipers. Had a friend do it because I was quoted 895$. Friend took wheel off and break pads there was PLENTY of pad left. Rotors were fine. Nothing needed to be done. I’m beyond pissed off. Absolutely unexceptional 😱. I will never ever go there again. We have spent thousands of dollars at this location.
