Initial inquiry upon entering office. Handed the receptionist my health card are you in my network. Was told yes until I started paying the bills and was billed out of $$ network. The end result was a lie and I ended up laying $$ for out of network. Bought a partial that was a joke. Have never been able to wear it. Ended up going to a real dentist and got a great partial for way less $$. Hygienist and helpers are helpful but the front end and office sucks!
