Granted you do have to wait sometimes up to an hour to see Dr. Braun. However, it is worth the wait! I trust my eyes with Dr. Braun. She is caring, very experienced and quite the professional. Please tell me everyone - where do you NOT wait in the DC area?
I had a very good experience with Dr. Braun; however, the office staff was very rude and unprofessional. I witnessed them berate and harass patients for missed appointment fees as well as behave in a very unfriendly manner at simple requests that fell into the realm of their job duties. I would highly recommend Dr. Braun and her physician assistant staff; however, her office staff does not make patients feel comfortable or welcomed.
Highly proficient in Ophthalmology with a great personality, Dr. Braun recently performed cataract surgery on my eye and now I can see what I have been missing with my sight. I highly recommend Dr. Braun.
Dr. braun is personable and friendly. However, she has a complete lack of regard for her patients time. I've seen her twice in the past 3 months and on both visits I was left waiting well over an hour past my appointment time. If you have plenty of time, with no where to be, she is a fine choice. If not, I'd suggest you see someone else.
