Literally the sorriest Braums i have ever encountered. I live 2 min away by the time i got home my burger was soggy and fallin apart i ask specifically to fry my fries on spot. They were hard and cold. Sorry sorry sorry!!!!
I paid a breif visit to this store location in Desoto. I have been a resident of Desoto for more than 30 years and have never encountered such poor unprofessional customer service. She stated her name was Mary and had a poor attitutude. The cashier was etremely nice and referred me to the manager since I required change. I waited for approximately 15 minutes for Mary to come from the back. I was disappointed to see Mary's appearance which was disgusting as well as displayed a nasty attitude.
