Staff with an attitude I heard Dr. Bratton was a good Dentist and I attempted to set up an appointment. He was on vacation and I could have waited another week for my problem. When the receptionist answered the phone she did not identify herself or the place, all she said was "hello", she was rude when answering my questions and when I asked when someone would call me back to set up the appointment she stated "well I guess when she deciedes to come to work" that was very unprofessional. Dissappointed, son's visit fine...my visit, terrible> will find better Pros: Friendly staff, nearby location Cons: It's extremely pricey considering how outdated the office and equipment are. One would expect with such prices: more updates (overhead lights with cracks, no plastic on equipment, outdated exam chairs, outdated xrays, and a hygienist who chewed gum, talked non stop and had lipstick smeared all over her mask like it had been flipped vs changed.
