WOW, WOW , WOW!! We had the best meal there tonight. Chicken for two was out of this world. Every other dish was phenomenal. Four of us split 2 small plates, one spaetzle dish, one foie gras and the chicken dish for two. YUM. Service was spot on. Might go back tomorrow. Make this your next night out!!
We recently celebrated a family birthday at Brasserie Zentral and the entire experience was wonderful. Many thanks to Nico, Calvin, Brie, and entire kitchen staff for a world class dining experience. The highlight of the meal was the whole roasted Foie gras. The organ was scored and browned to caramelize the crown then simply finished in the oven.
