I would like to shout out a big thank you to Dr. Vaughn,Tracy, Michell. The kind way you took care of me duringmy dental surgery. The front office staff was alsoso helpful, kind and nuturing . I will recommend youroffice to everyone. The best excperience I have ever hadin a Dentist office and I have been to many others.
I've had 3 visit at BGW Dental Group. They are very friendly, prompt for my 7:30am appointments and no hidden charges. I would definitely recommend this group.
When I first contacted their office, they were able to get me an appointment for the next business day. It was not a true emergency, but still an �urgent� matter. The staff was great and helped me get through the process with ease.The office is just a mile from my home and in a brand new facility. When I arrived for my appointment, I was treated with a smile (I think so through the mask) and asked to complete my intake docs. After a few minutes I was taken to an exam room. The visit today was very good with cleaning and Xrays. Painless and quick with no problems identified.
This office is amazing. Waiting room is very pleasant and front office staff are very pleasant. Anyone I have encountered in the back, most of all Dr Vaughn are the best.
