Chipped a tooth and got in to see Dr.Vaughn very quickly. He explained myoptions and took care of the problem.Great experience!
I was seen at the Braselton Location. Never thought I would say a dentist appointment went awesome, but It did. All the way from check-in to check-out the staff was friendly. I did not feel rushed at all and they were all helpful with answering my questions. I do recommend coming to the BGW Dental Group.
I was in and out for my visit today. Hannah was my tech and she was fabulous. I�m a little dental phobic but no discomfort at all. Check out was easy and this facility is by far the cleanest I have ever seen. This group is the most professional and personable I�ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend.
I am really disappointed with the receptionist in the billing window, I am unsure if she is too lazy to look up the correct information, or she is unfit for her job, She has tried to charge me full amounts for the service without checking my insurance first to see what they cover. She finally checks and realizes she is wrong. Not to mention how rude she has been for absolutely no reason.
Mariah was a wonderful hygenist. Super friendly and detailed. Thank you for having so much care in your job and towards your patients!
Moved into the area recently. Had to find a new Dentist. It was a great experience all around. Dr.Bennett and Hanna were very helpful. Took the time to walk me through everything. I have found a new Dentist!!
Very caring staff. Gorgeous building. Skilled doctors. I have had a lot of work done there.
