We love our Braselton home! They are great to deal with. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The sale's agent we dealt with said their warranty department changed, to address the negative comments about that department.
I have nothing but good things to say about Braselton Homes. Just bought my second home through them because the quality and how energy efficient they are. The sales staff are so friendly and make it easy to understand. The first home I built from the ground up and it was such a fun process picking everything! I own a Braselton Home and couldn't be more pleased. The attention to detail and the quality of our home is amazing! I also love the energy efficiency of my home. Love that they do have a warranty department. I've only used them once, and the issue was resolved. So many builders say they will warranty but you have a hard time getting ahold of them.
We could not be more pleased with the design and quality of our Braselton home. We immediately fell in love with the Aberdeen model and chose that plan for our house. Our kids rooms are a great size and the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Our visitors have been equally impressed with our home. Their excellent sales team guided us through the home buying process and made the experience very stress free. I highly recommend Braselton Homes to anyone in the market to build a home.
