I have lived in an apartment for the last 9 years. Moving into a new home was quite a thrill; one thing impressed me more than most was that my house is an Energy Star qualified home.While opening my first bill I was shocked because my electricity bill was consistently low. We have owned our Brazelton home for 8 years now. From the beginning they surpassed our expectations. Very thorough, from the walk thru when we purchased our first home, to holding up on their warranty promises. Our electricity bills are extremely low, we have only had to replace our dishwasher once, and our home STILL looks like new!!! And did I mention the wonderful community!
