I was visiting my son...its a little alarming at how many ppl wait at the gate for ppl to leave or enter so they can pass.....
I've lived here since 2009 and I absolutely love it. The office staff are always welcoming and available when needed. I hate to leave at the end of this month but i will still be living at a sister property.
The Brannigan Village Apartment community and their staff Athena & Brianna, and the rest of the crew are all amazing. They seem to always be smiling when they see you, and are always welcoming in the office and around the community.
Noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise. Been here for less than four months and regret moving here. Have told the management team more time than i care to count about the constant noise coming from the neighbor below me. Four months of complaining, still being kept up until 4:30am by neighbors music/noise/movies. Called courtesy officer probably over 10 times, called winston salem PD atleast 3-5 times about the EXACT SAME COMPLAINT....FOR FOUR LONG MONTHS....NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT IT. We've been here for a year now....first time living in a apartment..... we've enjoyed being here....
My brother and I have been here for six months I really am enjoying living here. The management shown me that they enjoy having a beautiful place for people to live I just want to say thanks and I hope Y'all never change.
