I've been here for about 3 months and I love it so far!
My ex husband and i lived there for a couple of years once we split i got the appointment but they were rude to me and to us i was so glad when my lease was up so i could move out when i moved out they took us for $1000s saying the appointment was ruined but and trashed.. i did one more walk around before leaving and saw nothing of the sorts that they made claims too!
RecommendedThe property managers are kind, welcoming and helpful. If you have a maintenance request Sandy and Jeff are quick to respond and thorough. They do a great job keeping the grounds beautiful and kept up. The on-site police presence and security gate is also an added bonus. 5 ⭐️
I am a disabled resident. Without my asking, office staff delivered a large package to me, last week. Also they pick my trash up, outside my door for no charge, twice a week. The grounds are well kept at al times. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner.
I've been living here for one and a half year and know this place as a quiet and safe. My 6 month old baby girl enjoys morning walks and splashing in the pool.
Worst place I have ever lived, maintenance walked in at 6 in the morning without any notice or anything, we were still asleep and heard some noise coming from outside the bedroom and there was maintenance. It is not a safe place to live at all. You can hear everything going on around you, like hearing the conversations going on in the apartment beside you and under you. My hot water showers were getting short, water went cold. Informed Maint., fixed immediately. Much appreciation George.
One month living here snd so far its great. Neighbor above me walks loudly but it doesn't bug me too much. Nice and clean complex. Friendly office staff.
New resident to Brannigan Village Apartments. So far I love it. I keep forgetting my gate card which is frustrating but the community is great! Quiet, clean, beautiful apartment! Glad to call it home!
