Disappointed - took 2 bikes in for a tune-up, paid 285.00 and they forgot to put air in the tires of one of the bikes. When I took it back, they didn't apologize and actually tried to blame it on me leaving the bike in their shop (3 days after the bikes were ready). You might know about bikes, but you know nothing about customer service.
Always satisfied. Always 110% service. Top quality bikes and products for the wanna be pro or beginner. I've purchased 1 or 2 bikes here.
