Joel was able to solve a stuck valve stem in a Zipp wheel, but my only regret was that he didn't bring his dog in.
Hands down the best bike shop I have ever encountered. Bought two bikes, one for my wife, and one for me. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got a great deal also! I would recommend this shop to anyone, new rider or old, they can help.
Shoutout to Margo for helping me buy my first road bike yesterday and not laughing at how obvious it was that I hadn't ridden in about 20 years! Great experience, very knowledgeable. They had great brands and a lot of inventory.
They did a great job with a my nephews bicycle. The bike was in bad shape and they said it was not worth fixing, but they did a quick fix for free.
Stopped in today to pick out a new bike. Being new to riding as an adult, I was really happy to be greeted and educated when I went into the store today. Margo helped me pick the right bike and I'm excited to get riding!
No sales gimmicks or pressure. Just professionalism at every stage which can only be best described as "friends taking care of friends"!
